Before he became CEO in 2004 Jan Klingelnberg was the director of the business unit cylindrical gears of Klingelnberg GmbH, Germany as of 2002. Between 2000 and 2002, he held various roles for ZF Passau GmbH in Brazil and the US and, before that, worked as manager corporate strategy planning at SMS Demag AG in Germany. Since 2008, he is also a member of the managing board of the VDMA. Jan Klingelnberg holds a degree in industrial management from Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh.
Martin Boelter was Chief Operating Officer and managing director at Sterling SIHI group from 2010 until 2015. Before that, between 2007 and 2009 he worked as managing director for the production of turning machines at Gildemeister AG, Germany (today: DMG Mori) and from 2005 until 2007 as overall production manager at INDEX group in Germany. Martin Boelter started his career at Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG, Germany, in 1989 where he rose to Head of Operations of a business unit by the time of his departure in 2005. Mr. Boelter holds a degree in mechanical engineering from the Technical University of Munich.
Christoph Küster joined Klingelnberg GmbH, Germany, as managing director in 2014. Before that, from 2003 until 2013 he occupied various positions in finance and controlling at Salzgitter group in Germany. Christoph Küster had started his career in 1995 at V+M Tubes in Germany, where he stayed until he left for university studies in 1998. He holds a degree in business administration from Heinrich-Heine-University, Düsseldorf, Germany.
